Discovery and system definition
We study the workflow, current systems, data boundaries, exceptions, and human decisions. The output is a product thesis, pilot scope, architecture, measurable outcomes, and a clear ownership model.
Engagement model
A design partnership is for a company with a repeatable operational problem, access to the real workflow, an accountable internal champion, and the ability to fund a serious pilot.
We study the workflow, current systems, data boundaries, exceptions, and human decisions. The output is a product thesis, pilot scope, architecture, measurable outcomes, and a clear ownership model.
We build the smallest complete system that can operate inside real work. Progress is judged against agreed workflow measures—not demonstrations, feature counts, or vague automation claims.
RSL can retain the reusable platform intellectual property and license the product to the design partner, or the client can commission an exclusive system under separately negotiated ownership and support terms.
Next step
We will determine whether the workflow fits an existing RSL product, a design partnership, or an exclusive system.
