Privacy notice

This notice explains how the public website handles inquiry details, limited first-party measurement, and ordinary technical records.

Scope

This policy applies to the public website. Product access, pilots, and client systems require separate written notices and agreements.

Information you provide

When you send a workflow or inquiry, we collect the contact name, email, company, workflow description, organization type, engagement preference, expected investment, and timing you provide. Do not submit sensitive borrower, tenant, consumer, financial, health, or transaction data through this form.

Limited website measurement

We record first-party events such as page views, product-link selections, and form progress, along with page path, referrer domain, campaign labels, and viewport size. These event records expire after 90 days. We do not use advertising cookies or create cross-site profiles. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical logs, including IP address, browser type, timestamps, requested pages, and security events.

How information is used

We use information to evaluate and respond to inquiries, operate and secure the website, improve the intake experience, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.

Service providers and destinations

Amazon Web Services provides website hosting, inquiry storage, security logging, and notification infrastructure. Links to Rentivo, AcqVantaOS, and other destinations lead to separately operated services with their own privacy practices.

Retention and security

Inquiry records are configured to expire after 365 days unless the information becomes part of an active customer, product, legal, or security record with a different documented retention requirement. Website measurement records expire after 90 days. Technical safeguards reduce risk, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Browser privacy signals

This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising. Because practices for Do Not Track vary, the site does not respond differently to DNT signals. Where legally required and technically applicable, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

Your choices

You may use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of information you previously provided. State that the message is a privacy request and include only the details needed to locate your inquiry. Rights vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.
